Norman was prompt, responsive, and extremely diligent throughout the entire process. He thoroughly cleaned the area and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. I woke up at 2:15 in the morning to our complete downstairs flooded over 1” of water. We were panicking, we called them and they came within 35 minutes. When the technician Norman arrived he got right to work. Understand he got woken up to do this job. Words cannot describe how amazing he was to help us. Not only did he do everything to vacuum out over one inch of water in over 1,800 square feet but he also took out carpet, took out beds, nightstands, I can’t even tell you how much he did! Please, please if you have a disaster call them!!
